Alex joined the Picture More family from working in the city in beauty and fashion. She was previously a PA/ Coordinator for a beauty company, and spent ten years building her portfolio, working on hair/makeup campaigns including London Fashion Week.

Her career so far has helped her develop a strong ability to listen and understand what a person needs, a skill which she is now bringing to the recruitment world. This is the most important part of recruitment to Alex: consulting a candidate throughout their journey and building a genuine lasting relationship.

When not forging her career in recruitment, Alex likes to keep fit – running, doing yoga and dog walking whenever she gets the chance. This fitness she puts to good use lasting out the days and nights at music festivals.
