Jon works as a Senior Resource Specialist at Picture More, where he focuses mainly on delivery but also on managing some of our legal and software accounts with legal technology solution providers.

Jon leaves no stone unturned in finding the very best candidates on the market, often finding success by approaching candidates with the right skills who aren’t necessarily looking for their next role. John has a strong legal network particularly for development and legal sales roles.

Jon is our resident coding strongman. This surely unique combination is honed by his activities outside of work. He is currently learning to code via Udemy and freecodecamp. He’s a former rugby union player and remains a close follower of the game after injury enforced retirement. Not that this stopped him for long: he now competes in strong-man competitions and recently finished a marathon.
