Joe’s recruitment journey started back in the summer of 2014 when he changed career paths from working for a top-end health and fitness provider to recruiting for the top professional services firms in London and the surrounding areas.

His background has allowed him to develop the ability and skills to work closely with people and help them understand what they want and need, ensuring that the candidates and clients he works with have the best possible experience on their own recruitment journey.

When Joe is out of the office, you will find him playing rugby competitively for Burgess Hill RFC or being a caring father to his furry babies Rosie & Jim. He is also a keen football fan following Southampton FC, but some others in the office will tell you he also supports West Ham United due to the numerous trips with family to the London Stadium.
