Desktop Support Specialist
We are currently working with a leading global law firm based in central London who are seeking a highly motivated technical support specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line/deskside support for all escalated Service Desk tickets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved.
- Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking
- Provide support for audio visual/video conference meetings and events
Essential Skills and experience:
- 2-3 years experience in a desk-side support role preferably within a law or professional services firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, printers and laptops.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Due to the nature of the role, this will mainly be office based however there will be the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week.
Location – 4 days onsite (Liverpool Street)
