A fantastic opportunity to join a global firm and lead the security architecture.
The Lead Security Architect will lead in both supporting critical projects and initiatives across the business and in managing the day-to-day operation of the security architecture team
Main responsibilities:
- Ownership and definition of the detailed security architecture for a variety of cloud and other projects deployed across the international firm to ensure that they are secure by design
- Provide security consulting including design, reviews and recommendations for various projects and initiatives as a security SME for architectures, services, and processes
- Work cross functionally with the other Security & IT teams in the technical discipline to capture and progress best practices and processes, to ensure consistency of security architectural practices.
- Applying security design principles to review platform and application architectures
- Drive improvements, support compliance through the execution of our security strategy
Skills required:- Significant experience of security architecture design and delivery
- Deep technical knowledge on security and networking covering solutions and technologies in both cloud and mobile space.
- Must have experience in Azure Cloud Security and threat modelling to identify threats and risks
- Knowledge of industry best practice security patterns (technical and process, along with their integrations approach) and apply them in the context of the environment
- Working knowledge of the use of Enterprise Systems Management tools
- Familiarity in Agile development processes
