IT Service Desk Analyst (Contract)
Are you a Deskside Support Analyst looking for a new challenge?
We are currently working with a top tier law firm based in central London who are seeking an enthusiastic Deskside Support Analyst.
Your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for providing a range of deskside and AV support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues:
- Microsoft Word 2010 – 2013
- Windows 7 and 10
- Filesite
- PC / Laptop builds and configuration
- Printers / Mobile Devices
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a high pressure environment.
- A minimum of six months’ IT support experience within a law firm or professional services organisation.
- Passionate about customer service and emerging technology.
Location – London
Rate – £220-240pd Inside IR35
Duration – 3 months
Hours – 9-5 and 8-4 rotating shift
Office/Remote – 3days office (Moorgate nearest tube)This role may suit candidates, who hold the following job titles: Desktop Engineer, Support Analyst, Senior Service Desk Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, End User Support Analyst, Service Desk Engineer
