About you
You will have a strong technical understanding of networking, infrastructure and application. Responsible for providing technical support and act as the first line escalation to the regional IT Technical support team.
Your Responsibilities
- Working alongside third line support including, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving service delivery.
- Successfully follow the agreed ITIL processes and procedures, whilst continually reviewing to find improvements to the current incident and service request processes
- Involved in desktop and laptop build process.
- Review the audio visual function and provide support and improvements.
You will act as the sole Engineer in the Bristol offices, also covering other smaller sites across the Southwest of England.
Technical skills required
- Office 365
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Exchange administration
- Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android devices & Microsoft InTune MDM
- Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFD's (multi-function devices), PC's and all peripheral items
- Citrix 7.x
- Windows 10 Desktop
- SCCM
On top of the basic pay, you will receive £4500 car allowance, and all petrol/travel expenses paid.
All travel expenses will be covered - driving license and own car is essential for this role.
Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
Location – 5 days onsite (Bristol) Potential to go down to 1 day remote
