Are you an experienced Senior/Team Leader in the EUC space and looking to work with leading edge technology?
A global Law Firm, known for its diverse and innovative culture, are looking for you!
You will be involved in the day-to-day management and guidance of a small team of technical analysts globally, whilst still remaining technically hands on.
Other responsibilities:
- Liaising with senior management to assist with strategy and more long-term decision making.
- Working closely with all IS teams to provide a joined-up approach to service delivery as provided by the end user technology we deploy.
- Project work consisting of the continued development of the firms Virtual Desktop Infrastructure,
- User and Application virtualisation systems and the core Windows build and application mix.
Key Technologies and skills- (you do not need exposure to the full stack to qualify)
• Windows 7, Windows 10 support and management including WSUS, Sysprep, MDT and imaging
• VMWare Horizon technology manage and configure non-persistent virtual desktops
• Remote Desktop Services Host
• Workspace One Mobile Device Management
• Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 deployment and customisation
• Application packaging, customisation and deployment
• Microsoft Surface’s, Dell XPS laptops, Zero clients and thin client management
• Apple iOS, Apple OSX, Android OS’s
• Microsoft Azure AD and Office 365
• Microsoft AppV, VMware Thinapp application virtualisation
• Management of Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory
• Ivanti technologies for application control and user personalisation/policy
• Document Management Systems (iManage Worksite)
• Systrack by Lakeside performance monitoring for user experience optimisation
• Performance monitoring for user experience optimisation
• Scripting in DOS, Powershell, or VBScript
• RSA and VMware Identity Manager
