- Business Analyst – 6 Month Contract – £400-£480 DRC (Flexible on IR35 Status)
Business Analyst | Responsibilities
The successful Business Analyst will join a team focused on delivering meaningful IT transformation projects that underpin the transformation objectives of the company.
- Be a pivotal figure in driving meaningful technical change through implementations and upgrades of legacy systems within the business and communicate this effectively with other departments.
- Work interdepartmentally with teams such as HR and Finance to ensure that technical change impact is well understood and, ensure solutions will meet business requirements to produce the expected benefits
- Produce and maintain clear, quality documentation that accurately captures requirements (Definitions, Process Maps etc.)
Business Analyst | Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a technically driven Business Analyst with demonstrable experience working in the professional or legal sector with at least 5 years of experience
- Provable experience in the implementation of integrated systems such as ERP, HR, Practice Management, or Finance (Workdays, Intapp, Elite 3E Etc.) is key to this role as the successful candidate will have to require minimal supervision.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including Workshopping, Facilitating, Mediating, and Presenting, are essential.
- Extensive exposure to varied levels of stakeholders such as (HR Team Lead, Finance Manager & C-level/board level) is required.
This position offers flexible hybrid working and would require the successful Business Analyst to be in the office 2 days a week.
