- Picture More are proud to be working with an exceptionally prestigious, global legal services firm in London, we are recruiting the Head of Business Systems for the firm, following an internal promotion.
As part of the most senior layer of management at the firm, reporting to the IT director, you will lead the management, development and technical support of all Business Services applications, including the Global Practice Management system and other key systems such as the document Management System, HR Systems, Expenses Systems, New Business Intake System, Conflicts, Time recording system and SSRS & Power BI.
You will manage a team of six Systems Managers, Project Accountant and Development Managers. The team leads innovations around the utilisation of systems, best practice and develops bespoke solutions to support business needs. You will be overall responsible for determining international business systems required, timing of upgrades, rollout and implementations as well as owning the firms' data strategy.
Previous Experience Required
- Experience within a Finance or Business Systems management role.
- Qualified Accountant with at least five years PQE or qualified by experience.
- Experience of International Partnership environment is essential - Confident and clear communication (verbal and written) with people at all levels of the business.
- This position will suit an individual with proven experience in reviewing, recommending, and implementing both processes and solutions.
- Experience of Global Practice Management System (preferably Aderant Expert) and understands the financial system dependencies and integrations across all systems.
- Experience of as may of the other key legal business systems as possible such as, Document Management Systems, HR Systems, Expenses Systems, New Business Intake System, Conflicts, Time recording system and SSRS & Power BI.
