- Description
- Our client is a well-known professional services firm operating their main office in the heart of London with multiple offices located around the UK. They pride themselves on their exceptional market-leading research, expert advice and services they offer.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join the IT Technical Support team to provide assistance with support incidents and requests, deal with escalations and to demonstrate some project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the resolution of all IT and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Management of difficult situations with the business in a timely fashion
- Follow the agreed ITIL processes and procedures
- Providing 3rd line support including, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving service delivery
- End-to-end ownership and accurate ticket logging of all incidents and service requests, where necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Uses initiative with a positive and can do attitude
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Maintaining good working relationships with all members of IT and the business
- Office 365 - advanced
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Exchange
- Knowledge of networking concepts
