About the role
The primary responsibility of the IT Service Management Lead is to manage the processes and discipline for the IT department and the firm. The role is also responsible for the collection, analysis and effective communication of data to improve overall service delivery.
Responsibility:
- Improve and maintain client relationships
- Develop and lead customer engagement and feedback programmes
- Champion continual service improvement and IT Service Management across the IT Department.
- Chair and minute change advisory board (CAB)
