Description

Working for a high-profile, award winning legal services firm in the Cayman Islands; You will be joining a small collaborative, team and will be responsible for full-lifecycle project management of several exciting IT, Business and Strategy aligned projects.
 
Your projects experience should be broad, gained over at least 5 years in the Legal Services sectors and have undertaken both Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities, often managing several complex business projects simultaneously.
 
You will be humble, delivery focussed, pragmatic, flexible in  approach, and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into whatever needs to be done to get a project delivered. Your communication skills will be paramount, and have the ability manage relationships with diverse global stakeholders across the business, including those in C-suite positions.
 
You will spend your time creating business cases, gathering requirements, identifying and managing the change management aspects of projects, manage project budgets, create and manage stakeholder and communication plans, procurement and vendor management, design, communicate with and train the relevant staff/clients on the appropriate changes, and generally win support and help build maturity levels in the organisation.
 
Required:
  • An experienced Project Manager with demonstrable experience working in the legal sector
  • Must have a delivered varied, full lifecycle projects, including contributing to the vendor selection process
  • Extensive exposure to senior stakeholders (C-level/board level) is required
  • Strong, formal Project Management and Business Analysis experience and certification (Agile/Prince2/APMP) – Must have worked in an Agile environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
