- Working for an award winning, global law firm, as Transformation PMO Lead you will play a pivotal part of an ambitious and exciting programme to change how the firm fundamentally operates in over 40 countries across the globe. This programme will encompass the implementation of new technology; process streamlining and redesign and across Finance and HR; and to improve customer service both internally and externally.
As an experienced PMO lead with several successful, complex global transformations already under your belt, you will require little hand holding or supervision, and will be working to ensure that programme controls are in place for the members of the Programme team and that they are managed to high standards.
Exceptional communications skills will be paramount in this position with diverse group of global stakeholders. As such, it will require very strong organisation, communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
You will have overall responsibility for designing and applying a PMO framework, setting standards for the PMO, managing and tracking the progress of the Transformation Programme, approval of the Programme risk, quality, configuration and change management processes and completion of all PMO activities and deliverables.
Required:
- An experienced Lead PMO with a proven track record in complex global transformational programmes that have delivered new business critical systems/technology with a significant business change impact.
- Extensive exposure to senior global stakeholders (Partner/C-level/board level) is required
- Strong, formal Project /Programme management certification
- Fully conversant with and able to demonstrate planning using MS Project
- Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solvingand influencing skills
- Previous experience in working in a partnership such as the legal or accountancy sectors is highly desirable.
