Description
As a Business Analyst you will be managing the intake process for new operational change, ensuring that it is effective and fully embedded in the business. You will be responsible for delivering end to end projects, including assisting with the production of business cases, ensuring you are producing and maintaining quality documentation that accurately articulates business requirements.

Duties
Your key duties will include gathering requirements, engaging with senior stakeholders, leading workshops, process mapping, interfacing with the technical team to ensure they are meeting business requirements, and working closely with the Project Manager to drive the delivery forward.
The company have started on a new and exciting journey, working towards greater coordination and strategic focus across current and future projects globally. This role will be working within the operational projects and change department, playing a key part in continuing to establish relationships and running requirements across high-profile programmes.

Knowledge & Experience
  • An experienced Business Analyst with demonstrable experience working in the legal sector               
  • Track record of full lifecycle analysis from initiation to completion         
  • Extensive experience working for global organisations
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience on a senior level
  • Strong, formal business analysis experience (ISEB/BCS)
  • Outstanding communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving

Salary range: £55,000-70,000
