Description

We are currently working with a top professional services firm based in central London who are looking to find a highly motivated Desktop Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing a range of remote and deskside support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues. 

 

Essential technical requirements: 

  • Dell Laptop/Desktop knowledge 

  • Windows 10 

  • Windows Server 2019 

  • Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365) 

  • Active Directory 

  • Networking experience (basic knowledge of TCP/IP topologies) 

  • Supporting mobile devices (Apple and Android OS) and Intune MDM platform 

 

Essential skills and experience: 

  • Experience of working in a small environment of 500 users or less 

  • Experience of working in a professional services firm (ideally financial services) 

  • Good communication and customer service skills 

  • Ability to work well under pressure with good problem solving skills 

  • Desire to learn continually and to improve technical skills 

  • Organisation and self-motivation 

 

Our client will only consider candidates who have previous experience working in professional services.
