We are currently working with a top professional services firm based in central London who are looking to find a highly motivated Desktop Support Analyst. You will be responsible for providing a range of remote and deskside support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues.
Essential technical requirements:

Dell Laptop/Desktop knowledge

Windows 10
-
Windows Server 2019
-
Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365)

Active Directory
-
Networking experience (basic knowledge of TCP/IP topologies)

Supporting mobile devices (Apple and Android OS) and Intune MDM platform
Essential skills and experience:

Experience of working in a small environment of 500 users or less

Experience of working in a professional services firm (ideally financial services)

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure with good problem solving skills

Desire to learn continually and to improve technical skills

Organisation and self-motivation
