- Desktop Support Analyst / Deskside / IT Support / 2nd Line Support
Initial 3 month contract paying up to £250 per day / €275 per day
We are currently working with an international law firm based in Paris who are looking to find a highly motivated Desktop Support Analyst.
You will be responsible for providing a range of 2nd line remote and deskside support to end users, across both software and hardware related issues. This role will be working across 2 offices in central Paris.Essential skills and experience:- French and English language skills
- Legal or professional services experience
- 2nd Line Deskside Technical Support experience
Essential technical requirements:- Windows 10
- MS Office 2010 – 2016
- iManage Work10 or similar DMS
- VMWare desktop connectivity experience
- Skype for Business
- Lenovo laptop and desktop PCs
- HP printers and multi-functional devices
