Your experience in a high-pressure environment will be challenged, as well as your 75%+ first time fix rate. But not to worry, you will have the help of your team, consisting of your Team Leader and two analysts.
Supporting circa 6000 users is a breeze with your team-mates, who can handle up to 200+ queries daily.
