- Picture More are currently recruiting a Change and Communications Manager for a global professional services firm in central London.

The Change and Communications Manager will successfully manage the implementation of change in programmes and projects. They will successfully identify relevant stakeholders and manage their expectations in order to raise awareness and aid in understanding what change means to individuals.
Skills:
· Experience developing and delivering change management in processes and projects
· Demonstrable understanding of the change management approach and project management principles
· Previous exposure to dealing with senior stakeholders – directors, managing partners, C-level executives
· Change Management certification, ideally PROSCI
· Experience identifying and managing change management risks and issues
· Experience managing changes for multiple, complex projects
· Demonstrable professional business writing skills
· Project Management qualifications, i.e. PRINCE2/APM are desirable
Responsibilities:
· Development and delivery of change management
· Stakeholder analysis
· Identifying and managing change management risks and issues
· Development of effective communication products using appropriate communication medium to get messages across to appropriate recipients
· Ensuring training approach, plan and its delivery meet the needs of relevant stakeholders
· Mentoring and coaching PMO resources to build the firm’s change management capability and change resilience
