- Description
- A global, award winning law firm with 50+ international office are looking for an experienced EUC Messaging Analyst to join their Centre of Excellence EMEA team for a 6 month initial contract.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring System management using industry standard software
- Provide 3rd line support to IT people in the Head office and regional offices.
- Supporting Analysts, the Central Help Desk or the Regional Support teams. Handling all calls in accordance with the Firm’s procedures and service levels.
- Establishing effective working relationships with other IT teams and with users.
- Adhering to applicable technical standards and procedures.
- Keeping the Estate up to date with security updates both Microsoft and applications
Skills & Experience Required:
- Exchange 2010/2013/2016
- Mimecast
- MobileIron
- Enterprise Vault
- Windows Server systems e.g. 2008/2012/2016
- Understanding of core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Exchange Online / Office 365 would be advantageous.
- Citrix and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
