Senior Support Analyst - London
Salary - £50,000 – 55,000 +Benefits
Our client - an international Professional service and software provider focussed on multinational mass media and Data Analytics’ – is looking for a Senior Support Analyst. As a business they provide advanced Technologies and Data driven expertise to aid organisations in making knowledgeable decisions and drive Innovation. They are looking for someone who has proven experience providing 3rd line application support and who has demonstratable experience querying SQL databases and using T-SQL.
Responsibilities:
· Provide 3rd line live support to international clients and customers
· Evaluate issues and query potential queries in T-SQL
· Ability to communicate and recommend complex business procedures to resolve issues
· Support development and articulate actions taken
· Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and focus on ideas and features that will have significant and measurable impact
Skills:
3+ years’ experience with and fluency in the following
· Experience in technical/applications support
· Technical support of MS Windows, MS SQL Server, and concepts of SQL relational databases
· T-SQL skills
