Location - Peterborough
Salary - £22,000 per annum
About the role
Picture More are delighted to be working with a global real estate company, who are searching for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support users throughout the different tiers of the business. In this 1st line role, you will be responding to phone and email queries, as well as face-to-face enquiries.
Technical Experience Required:
- Ability to support users on MS Office – ideally MS Office 2013
- Knowledge of working with Active Directory – ideally for user administration/creation
- Knowledge of supporting MS Exchange
- Ability to use a ticketing system – ideally Service Now
·Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
·Confidence to work within a fast paced and busy service desk
·Ability to communicate clearly with an excellent telephone manner
·Highly motivated to develop and grow within extremely busy team
·Knowledge of working within an ITIL environment
·Previous experience of working within a global organisation
About the company
Our client is a large real estate company whose headquarters is located in London but with offices all over the UK. This position will be based at offices in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
