Picture More are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with a professional service membership organisation inthe UK based near Chancery Lane. The organisation is going through a digital transformation with a long-term strategy of developing a portfolio of membership services including Career Development solutions. This is an exciting time to join the company and you’ll have a lasting influence on their customer strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience from membership organisations and previous experience developing customer-centric career development services.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Working as a Business Analyst in a membership organisation, 3rd sector or professional services organisation
- Gathering requirements from internal business teams and through customer focus groups
- Writing user stories
- Working in a Scrum environment and testing pilots and proof-of-concept solutions
- Procurement / request for proposal processes
- Developing Career Development solutions
- A thorough understanding of business processes and systems
- Solid technical aptitude
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive attitude and be able to hit the ground running
