- Description
- Our client, a leading global City law firm are looking to expand their newly established LegalTech team and recruit an experienced Agile Project Manager to manage a series of software development and integration projects. The roles focus will be on agile software development of new products to provide innovative business solutions to their clients.
The successful candidate will have had experience of:
- Managing the delivery of internal software development projects, including small projects within short timeframes as well as larger projects over longer timescales
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery principles and ability to execute using these techniques. Coaching others in the team who may be less familiar with this methodology
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders such as partners and clients to gather business requirements and to manage the expectations of delivery timelines, quality and cost
- Direct and motivate the technical teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and assist with prioritisation on a daily basis
- Product development experience, managing the multiple development projects at once
- Proven Project Management experience with a good track record of delivering projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards
- Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both orally and written
- Strong experience in leading, managing and motivating medium to large-sized teams
- Excellent reporting, project planning and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, successfully prioritising work without compromising quality
- Knowledge of the IT investment evaluation process, including cost/benefit analysis and estimating IT costs/resources
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies
- Strong appreciation of the need for, and use of, the Development and Controlled Test Environments
- Must hold an Agile methodology or SCRUM Master qualification
