- Picture More are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with one of the major law firms located in the City
Our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills who’d become a key member of BA team within the Technology department. You’d be involved in full-lifecycle projects including (but not restricted to) requirements definition, market evaluation, selection, training and testing, and implementation.
You’d be expected to be able to build relationships and undertake consultation, interviews and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups as well as assist in the implementation of chosen solutions. Furthermore, you’d be working alongside the PMO project managers and producing road-maps for future product development.
Essential skills/qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ of working in a business analyst role/degree level education
- Experience of effectively eliciting requirements from a variety of audiences
- Experience of requirements management, including documentation, assimilation, and translating requirements into tender documents
- Experience of generating and collating accurate documentation
- Strong data analysis and mapping skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and/or legal software
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
- Experience of working on IT projects, covering the full software development lifecycle
- Ideally BA accredited by either BCS or IIBA
Previous legal experience would be highly advantageous.
