Picture More are delighted to be working with a dynamic non for profit membership organisation in The City to recruit an IT Training and Adoption Lead to join their growing IT department and develop their IT Training function to ensure all employees are trained efficiently on the internal systems used within the business. This would include;
- Delivering planned training sessions on a 1 to 1, Classroom and Lunch and Learn format.
- Working with the support team to review support tickets and correct any issues that are down to lack of technical understanding.
- Ability to train users on MS Office – Ideally Office 365.
- Confidence in training on Windows 10
- Proven experience in training users in a variety of methods – 1 to 1 and Classroom
- Confidence in training users on a CRM System – ideally Dynamics 365
- Ability to proactively work with IT support teams to review support tickets for training potential
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions within a dynamic environment
- Confidence in training and engaging with a number of levels of the business including Senior Executives
