- Programme Manager – Globalisation / Centralisation – Business Change
Working for a high profile global professional services firm with an impressive status as one of the top 5 businesses in their sector.
Seeking an experienced business and process change Programme Manager to deliver a globalisation programme for core business operational efficiencies and processes.
Responsible for not only the programme delivery but the operational functionality of people management & mentoring and future proofing the organisation’s on-going capabilities for the function.
Working closely with high level global stakeholders up to CXO/board level.
Initially a 6-month contract but very likely to be at least 18 months.
Essential requirements:
• Recent demonstrable programme management experience within a complex global professional services environment (finance, banking, legal, accounting, insurance etc.)
• Extensive people management (direct and matrix) experience with success stories of developing internal team members
• Experience managing various people and process change programmes
• Experience managing a globalisation / centralisation programme
• Extensive experience working with Board Members, CXOs etc.
