- Service Delivery Manager – The City
Permanent - £56k per annum
Picture More are currently working with a regulatory membership organisation located in the city to recruit a Service Delivery Manager.
You will be responsible with building the new IT support function which includes:
- Definition of the support principles and processes
- Recruitment of the Service Desk staff
- Building professional relationships with managed service providers
You will ensure all new initiatives and changes are effectively transitioned into operations and will act as the primary point of contact for project and technical teams to ensure services only reach production by following the transition process.
Essential Experience / skills required:
- ITIL Practitioner Qualification
- Ability to recruit and build an IT support team
- Knowledge of implementing realistic KPIs and SLAs and using them to drive continual service improvement
- Confidence in coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- The ability to work within Service Delivery and Service Transition
