Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you’ll work alongside a Legal Engineer to design, implement, and support cutting-edge legal tech solutions. Your focus will be document automation using the firm’s proprietary platform (Document Drafter) and Microsoft Power Automate, while also contributing to wider AI, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with lawyers and business teams, acting as a bridge between legal expertise and technology to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and champion new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated document workflows.


• Support the integration and adoption of legal tech tools firm wide.


• Promote and support the use of AI, contract review tools, and collaboration platforms.


• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation.


• Capture data to measure adoption and drive continual improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a legal tech, legal ops, or process improvement role within a law firm or legal department.


• Familiarity with tools such as Contract Express, HighQ, Power Automate, or similar platforms.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for legal innovation.


• Bonus: Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or AI legal solutions.

Preferred:

• Degree in Law, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).


• Certifications in project management, Lean, Six Sigma, or legal tech tools.
