The Opportunity
- Title: Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst
- Location: Central London office - with flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week
- Salary: £85,000 - £90,000+ benefits

You’ll be part of a cross-functional IT and finance systems team, reporting into the Technical Business Systems Manager. This is a newly scoped role and a chance to genuinely influence how business systems and data are leveraged across the firm.

Your Responsibilities & Core Tech Environment
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing data warehouse solutions, reporting (SSRS) and dashboards (Power BI), while integrating systems across finance, HR, CRM and practice management.
- Designing and developing data models and ETL processes (Star schema, SSIS, IntApp)
- Building and optimising Power BI and SSRS dashboards and reports
- Supporting and enhancing systems including Elite 3E, HRIS, CRM, and integration platforms
- Collaborating with finance systems and development teams to drive joined-up delivery
- Acting as a technical lead for business systems support, upgrades and improvements
What We’re Looking For – Soft Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar technical role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting
- Advanced SQL and strong experience designing reporting solutions with the Microsoft stack
- Able to work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and responding to competing deadlines
- Calm, confident and clear communicator – both written and verbal
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a high attention to detail
- Adaptable, self-motivated and eager to continue learning
