Location: Central Edinburgh
Duration: 6-month FTC (with a high likelihood of going permanent)
Working arrangement: 5 days on-site
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting end-user hardware for staff based in the Edinburgh office
- Supporting and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, desktops, and printers
- Troubleshooting and assisting with Windows and Office 365 applications
- Implementing new rollouts and contributing to project delivery
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
- At least 1 year of IT support experience
- A passion for customer service and emerging technology
