A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the coordination, development, and delivery of its growing portfolio of AI tools. This includes both in-house solutions and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of legal technology experience, strategic product management skills, and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle for AI tools, from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders (including Innovation, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and IT) to identify and assess AI opportunities.


• Define detailed product specifications and maintain clear, strategic product roadmaps aligned with firm-wide objectives.


• Prioritise product features based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.


• Translate technical detail into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.


• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, security requirements, and ethical standards.


• Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of both developing and procuring digital products.


• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a user-focused approach.


• Experience within the legal sector or professional services environment is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:

• Working across internal teams to deliver innovative AI tools that enhance legal service delivery.


• Partnering with developers to define and shape functionality and user experience.


• Collaborating with procurement and legal teams on vendor assessments and onboarding.


• Engaging with end-users to gather feedback and prioritise enhancements.


• Providing regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic vision
