- Opportunity to cross train from IT support / servicedesk / helpdesk into an apps support & application development role. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' post-graduate (computer science or similar) experience in a 1st/2nd line support role (legal / professional service preferred).
Degree-level programming/development knowledge is sought, with the commercial support experience on top, demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot and to understand the pressures of IT in a corporate environment.
The opportunity:
