We have an excellent opportunity to work for an international legal practice with a truly global presence. You will act as a key point of contact for the Business and IT teams, working alongside the Litigation Support team, providing technical litigation Support and facilitating the firms Edisclosure best practices.
You will be:
- Acting as point of contact on system queries for lawyers/clients
- Implementing high standard ‘document management’ and eDisclosure practices respective of EDRM lifecycle.
- Providing best practice and guidance to lawyers and paralegals on methods of collection/collation of data and manipulation impact
- Assisting client/lawyers in expanding data transfer utilising media devices/SFTP including data logging
- Liaise with third party vendors re: alternative platforms load file specifications and conversion
- Participating in on-going collaborative projects producing best practise guidelines and documentation for workflow, educational, Litigation Support process.
Essential technical skills:
- EDRM, CPR PD31B
- Data identification, preservation, collecting, scoping and investigation, review, production
- Ringtail v8.4
- Microsoft Access, mdb troubleshooting and manipulation

High IT literacy skills-Access, Excel
Essential requirements
- Legal/professional services experience
- Experience of working within the eDiscovery sphere
- Technical/legal background
