- Senior Service Desk Analyst looking for a career in Process Management / Service Delivery Management? Look no further!
£40k role based close to Liverpool Street Station.
Working for a managed services consultancy, you will oversee the support services provided to blue-chip corporate clients (mostly financial services), acting as the conduit to ensure a high level of service is provided by the service desk support team.
· Service Review
o SLA management / SLA performance review
· Process improvement, process review
· KPI statistical analysis and reporting from the call management software (Sunrise, though ServiceNow, SpiceWorks, Remedy etc would suffice)
Any knowledge of ITIL process (incident management, service level management etc) a bonus.
