Workday HR Implementation Training Lead (contract)

Are you an experienced IT Training Lead who has successfully designed and delivered training on Workday HR? In this exciting new job opportunity, you will have the chance to spearhead the training for global users on all things Workday!

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating training plans to map out when material will be designed and delivered to users
  • Identifying specific training for all roles within the business and creating training schedules
  • Evaluating training programs to measure their effectiveness and collect feedback to facilitate ongoing enhancements.

Key skills:

  • Previous experience delivering the successful implementation and training of Workday HR (essential)
  • Developing new training materials as well as delivering hands-on training
  • Meticulous organisation and excellent communication skills

This is a hybrid, 8-month contract role based in London. £574 per day inside IR35.
