Deskside Support Analyst
We are currently working with a leading global law firm based in central London who are seeking a highly motivated technical support specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line/deskside support for all technology systems and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved.
- Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking
- Provide support for audio visual/video conference meetings and events
Essential Skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a desk-side support role within a law or professional services firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, printers and laptops.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Location – 5 days onsite (Central London)
