Our client is a well-known law firm that offers outstanding services and expertise to the various sectors that they operate in. They are innovators and are driven by their core values that shape the way they do business with clients across different jurisdictions.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic AV Technician to join onboard the IT Team in London to help deliver support to the AV functions and meeting room technologies but will also be adaptable to help with administrative duties for the IT service desk team.
Key duties:
- Offer professional, high quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment
- Ensure user training guides are provided and present in all meeting rooms
- Offer support in connecting external events and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Skype, Blue Jeans and others.
- Be organised, creative and positive in your approach as there is an element of basic training to other members of the team and users
- Provide onsite support for new room device commissioning
Personal skills:
- Self-motivated, inquisitive and methodical
- Calm and capable of working under pressure
- Working in a customer-facing role (essential)
- Proficiency with Polycom hardware
- Previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment (desirable)
5 days onsite due to the nature of the role.
