- Do you have experience of building and maintaining an internal IT and external client facing Microsoft Azure based cloud architecture?
Are you an extremely highly driven, self-motivator, with a strong desire to meet a challenge and deliver as a team?
Are you not afraid of change and to take advantage of new technologies on the horizon?
This role is highly technical and involves hands on technical delivery of Microsoft Azure (Azure VMs, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Networking, Azure Security Centre, Conditional Access, Azure AD & Azure AD Domain Services), O365 suite, MS Intune, Win10, SQL and Windows Service 2016 & 2019 just to name a few.
Our client is looking for excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mind to be able to identify the problem, understand the significance and get to the heart of the problem rapidly whilst providing decisive advice to allow the business to move forward.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Working with stakeholders to define systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Impart ownership of problems and incidents (P1 - P5) within the team. Keeping Management and Team members informed of progress.
- Feed into Major Incident Management and Problem Management processes and ensure adherence within the Infrastructure team as a whole.
- Contribute to the drive of automation and continuous improvement of services and support.
Given the current situation, this role will be working from home up until January before evaluating further.
