- Are you an experienced manager with a vast knowledge in a range of technologies?
Picture More are working with a specialist asset management organisation looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager with a broad technical knowledge. You’ll be responsible for leading and guiding a team of technical staff at all different levels. You’ll have a high level of management experience with great communication skills, acting as the conduit for onward technical escalation.
About the role
As the escalation point for staff for all IT support matters, you will be required to ensure performance of desk in line with agreed SLAs and coordinating ticket escalation between desk and internal technical resolver groups. You’ll have prior experience of working within an agile development environment, additionally, a good understanding of ITIL practices.
