But you know two things: you want to use your IT degree and you want to continue learning.
The Role
Every day will be different, but your customer service experience will be key. You will be on the forefront of every issues. Handling both phone and email queries, inputting all issues into Hornbill, an ITSM system tool. While you might not know all the technologies right now, you will become an expert on how to use Active Directory for account administration, how to support Windows 7 and Office 2010, as well as emailing systems, such as Outlook and Exchange. Not to mention gain exposure to legal applications that will only elevate your technical skills

This law firm, with over 30 offices worldwide, are looking for eager analysts who are ready to take on any challenge head-on. Personality go along way and they are looking for someone who can grow with the company.
Monday through Friday shift rota between 9:30am and 5:30pm
