- Are you an energetic, customer-facing Delivery Manager with a passion for relationship building and Cyber Security?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an industry-leading and award-winning Cyber Security consultancy based in the heart of London, accountable for the relationship and services delivered to the managed serviced clients.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be required to conduct security service reviews, understand clients’ security risks and threats to their organisation and ensure that the services delivered are fit for purpose.
You will be a progressive Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record of identifying new areas of commercial opportunity within nominated accounts, assisting with the transition of new managed services into support and making recommendations on areas where service improvements can be made.
You MUST HAVE a background of working in a customer facing environment, experience of managing at minimum one of the following services: SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Intelligence, Behavioural Analytics (Essential).
You will be someone who understands the phases of incident response and the Cyber Kill Chain and conversant with the SOC concepts, functions and processes.
Qualifications necessary
• CompTIA Security + accredited or equivalent experience (Essential)
• ITIL v3 foundation level qualified or with demonstrable industry experience
