IT Service Desk Analyst

£35,000 per annum

City Thameslink


Picture More are currently working with a highly regarded law firm based near City Thameslink to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their full functional Service Desk team.
You will be working with the team to deliver a high level of IT support to both business services and fee earners within the firm.
This would involve responding to service tickets, taking incoming telephone calls, responding to emails and conducting face to face support.
You will be expected to be confident in dealing with users and conducting deskside visits. This is essential to the success of this team.

Experience/Skills required:
  • Proven experience in delivering IT support within a professional services environment - ideally within the legal sector
  • Confidence in supporting users on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) applications - ideally MS Office 2013
  • Experience in working with Citrix tools to deliver remote support
  • Ability to support and administrate a Document Management System - ideally NetDocuments
  • User administration experience using Active Directory - Creation, Administration and Deletion of user accounts
  •  
Hours of work are based on a rotating shift pattern between Monday to Friday. The shifts are as follows;
  • 8am to 4pm
  • 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • 10am to 6pm
  • 10:30am to 6:30pm
