A top-tier Professional Services company that’s well reputed amongst its peers in the industry is looking to take on a Project Manager to join their team of 3 PMs. With a user base of c5000 employees and an international presence, you’ll be building roadmaps and managing software, infrastructure and security projects on a global scale in a professional and ambitious environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager with prior exposure to agile methodology and managing remote resources to step into a diverse global project manager role.
Key responsibilities:
- Scope, plan, manage and deliver global IT solutions to the business
- Build and deliver roadmaps to the business
- Ensure solutions comply with governance and architectural principles
- Work closely with IT delivery & Service Operations to ensure successful delivery and user acceptance
- Matrix manage technical resources based in-house and remote
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience managing multiple end-to-end IT projects at a time
- Proven experience of project delivery using Agile methods (ideally also LEAN)
- Experience with workshop facilitation, coaching & mentoring and structured problem solving
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels; pragmatic communication skills and ability to maintain focus on benefits realisation for the business
- Ideally with working knowledge of a broad range of security technologies (encryption; access control; multi-factor authentication)
- Ideally have delivered projects in the Professional Services industry
